DomUnique Boutique does NOT offer refunds however we do offer store credit which you can use towards future purchases. Items must be returned within 7 days of the date you received your order. Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer we do not offer return shipping labels.
If your item does not fit we will gladly exchange it for a different size (if it is still available). You must ship the item back within 5 business days after receiving it to the address on the label via USPS ( first class or priority is fine). In the package you must include a note with your order number and size needed. Not including a note may delay the exchange process. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees and will be emailed a invoice for the new shipping cost for the replacement item.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS! Store credit or exchange (only if the merchandise is available at the time of exchange). Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your store credit or exchange after inspection of the item. Please allow 24-78 hours for processing. If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit or exchange ONLY. You will receive the store credit within 72 hours of your return being approved.
Final Sale Items
Final Sale items and items purchased on promotions are NOT eligible for return. They are final sale. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance the item is final sale. Bodysuits are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item.
ORDER NOT DELIVERED or RETURNED TO SENDER
In the event or order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we offer a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.
